Bill me! Here’s how:
Just send us an e-mail (click on the
e-mail link above), give us a call (click on the Contact Us
link above) or make your request by regular mail. Don’t
forget to include your billing contact information. We will
mail, e-mail or fax you the bill, whichever you prefer. Then,
just print out the bill and send us a copy of it with your
payment (specify Canadian dollars in your payment to us,
please).
If you want to “fill in the
blanks” and send us your billing request by e-mail, copy
the following information and paste it into your e-mail, then
just fill in the blanks and skip any questions that don’t
apply to you!
