Most of our subscribers use PayPal. Your PayPal account allows you to control your subscription, such as starting and stopping it, and it walks you through the process, step by step. When you unsubscribe that way, we’re notified automatically.If you were invoiced, just let us know what you’d like to do. If you’re not sure how you subscribed, send us an e-mail by clicking the link above and tell us what you’d like to do.

I administer a bulk subscription. How do I change the e-mail address of one of my subscribers?

Changing the number of delivery e-mail addresses will mean a change to the cost of your subscription, but replacing one e-mail address with another does not. Just send us an e-mail and tell us what you’d like to do. As administrator, you can add, subtract or replace the address of any of the subscriptions you administer, and we’ll send you instructions about how the billing will be adjusted to compensate. We allow you to do this for your security. By the way, if an e-mail to one of the subscribers on your list bounces, we’ll notify you using the administrator’s e-mail address you’ve provided for us. If any of your group contacts us directly, we’ll check with the administrator before making any changes.

Why do you want my phone number (and/or organization) when I subscribe?

It’s just an alternate way of contacting you if a problem comes up involving your e-mail address. If all we have is your e-mail address, it can be tough to track you down and let you know your e-mail is bouncing.
